Hail affected Health Center form Colonita

Last Sunday’s heavy rain affected the Health Center from Colonita, a village within Chisinau municipality. The mayor, Maria Iarmenco, declares that due to the fact that the roof of the sector was affected by the bad weather from last year, The floor of the Health Centre was damaged. Due to the lack of funds, the local authorities repaired just partially the roof, this year the repairs can not be delayed. Colonita mayoralty requests financial support from Chisinau Municipality, due to the fact that the local budget cannot support the expenses of MDL 600k while the annual revenue is of MDL 350k. Maria Iarmenco says that the local authorities could allocate just a part of the amount, which is due to be calculated by Colonita council, when examining the budget for the second half of the year. The building where the Health Centre is located was erected in 1975. According to the municipality, the roof has never been repaired.
