Nobody is waiting for miracles anymore. The current Government has an important task – to fulfill the announced program. But there are many unimplemented measures that remained from the previous executive and this will hinder it from fulfilling the set agenda. Such an opinion was stated by invitees to Publika TV’s program “Fabrika”, IPN reports.
Politologist Vasile Croitoru said the reforms undertaken by the present Government will remain unfinished even in five years. “Nothing is done if there is no political will. The justice reform was not planned to be completed in 2014. Thus, I think that this is a reform about which they only speak. Mister Leanca should understand that these are too difficult tasks for being carried out,” he stated, adding that the current executive’s mission is hard because the coalition partners signed a document and will discuss a lot in order to reach a compromise.
Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valeriu Ostalep said the situation in Moldova is paralyzed. “We need powerful people who are not afraid. The MPs take a rest every Friday as they do not have work to do. They should work for five days a week. We do not have political figures who can propose a clear program,” he said. According to him, the situation regarding the Transnistrian region is more difficult than four years ago.
Valeriu Ostalep said the Leanca Government has only one task – to ensure several months of stability and peace so that the people forget about the conflicts between the senior officials.
CReDO director Sergiu Ostaf considers that any Government should be given a chance, while the Leanca Government should do 4-5 things that are not related to the reforms, but rather to the adjustment process. Some of the reforms that are at the final stage can be implemented. The politicians and civil society must propose solutions. It is hard to raise the salaries in a year, but solutions can be found. Results can be achieved in every sector if there is a view, even if there is not much time left.
