The best scorer in the history of Dacia Ghenadie Orbu signed for Dinamo-Auto. The striker thus left the team for which he had played for 14 years, IPN reports.
The 32-year-old player scored 91 goals in 356 matches for Dacia, with which he became champion in 2011. “I took this decision because I started to play less and less for Dacia. I decided to join Dinamo-Auto because I know the team’s coach Igor Negrescu. However, I may yet return to Dacia,” Ghenadie Orbu stated for IPN.
Orbu made his debut for Dinamo-Auto in a match against Dacia. The friendly ended by 0-0. In the championship, Dacia holds the lead, while Dinamo-Auto takes the last position in the rankings.
