Gas supply in Chisinau’s Ciocana district turned off

About 30 companies and a part of the household consumers in Ciocana district of Chisinau will not be supplied with gas during several days. The supply was turned off owing to the works performed to reconstruct, modernize and repair the gas distribution station situated on Vadul lui Voda St, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the website of Chisinau-Gaz SRL. According to the supplier, from July 25 the gas supply will be off in the perimeter of the streets Aleco Russo and Vadul lui Voda, on Colonita, Andrei Izbas, Targoviste, Alcedar, and Bujor streets and in the suburban settlements Tohatin, Colonita, Budesti, Cheltuitor, Cricova, Ciorescu, Goieni, Gratiesti, Cruzesti, and Hulboaca. The disconnections will affect SA Tutun-CTC and Production Section No. 4 of SA Franzeluta. The industrial companies will be reconnected to the gas supply in three days, while the population within ten days. The repair works are executed in parallel with the preparations for the cold season performed at the thermoelectric plant CET-2 so as to minimize the possible negative consequences of the halt in the gas supply.
