In connection with the declaring of martial law in Ukraine by the Verkhovna Rada, the National Agency of Road Transport warns the carriers to avoid transporting goods and passengers to, from or via Ukraine, IPN reports.
In a press release, the Agency says that following the serious worsening of the security situation in Ukraine, limitations of the civil rights can be introduced. Consequently, it recommends the carriers to bypass the territory of Ukraine so as to avoid crisis situations.
