Flight to London will be most probably canceled

The 04.45 flight from Chisinau to Frankfurt was canceled owing to the volcanic eruption in Iceland, which paralyzed airports all over Europe. When the news story was published (09.00), employees of the Chisinau International Airport could not say whether the 17.35 flight to London will be also put off, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Iulia Cazacu, of the airport's information service, the flight from Chisinau to London hasn't been yet canceled, but the airport in the British capital is closed. The passengers who bought tickets for this flight will be informed if they will fly in the afternoon. Most probably, the flight will be canceled. The cloud of smoke caused by the volcanic eruption in southern Iceland has blocked the air traffic in Europe for two consecutive days. A number of airports in Norway, the UK, Spain, France, Germany and other European countries are closed. More than 6,000 flights have been postponed so far.
