First aid units will be opened in 50 medical institutions of Chisinau by the end of this week.
Contacted by IPN, head of the Health Division Mihai Moldovanu said the units will have water, first aid kits and blood pressure meters.
Tents on the streets of Chisinau won’t be put up this year because they cannot be equipped with ventilators and the temperature inside them is the same as outside. Giving of first aid in cases of sunstroke in such conditions is not efficient, said Mihai Moldovanu.
He added that first aid units may be also set up in private drugstores in Chisinau.
