The integrated application of public services in Moldova EVO is available to all users who have an electronic signature. “Starting today, you can leave your ID, driving license, registration certificate at home. All the documents you need will be in your phone,” Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization Dumitru Alaiba said at the Moldova Digital Summit, being quoted by IPN.
“After months of work, integration and testing, today we offer EVO to everyone. The digital identity wallet. EVO is more than just an app. It integrates and encompasses the best and most important public services we have. All in one place – in your phone,” stated the minister.
Dumitru Alaiba noted that in EVO, a person can find all the information about oneself: fines, vehicles, real estate, border crossings, insured status, who is the family doctor.
“This is just the beginning. EVO is only at version 1. Improvements will follow because digital transformation is a process, not a destination,” said Dumitru Alaiba.
Access to EVO is free, with an electronic signature. By accessing evo.gov.md or following the pages on social media, everyone can download the app for Android or iOS.
