The euro today tested again the $1.3700 mark, without managing to overcome it, which, according to Financial Brains, means that the forces that used to push the euro up are now declining. “All the technical indicators show a decline for the euro, which will lead, with an 80 percent probability, to a rate of $1.3480”, says PhD Sveatoslav Mihalache, the director of the portal Financial Brains. Today some banks in Moldova have displayed sell rates of 15.23 – 15.24 lei, and those who want to take a risk may sell euros to buy them at cheaper rates later, Mihalache said.
