The National Energy Regulatory Agency ANRE is to examine on Wednesday Apă-Canal Chisinau’s water supply, sewage and waste water treatment charges.
In the draft decision published by ANRE, a tariff of 11.12 lei/m3 for household consumers and 13.29 lei/m3 for non-household consumers is proposed.
A tariff of 4.18 lei/m3 for household consumers and 11.17 lei/m3 for non-household consumers is proposed for the sewage and wastewater treatment services.
The ANRE meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
In late November, the Chisinau Municipal Council provisionally approved higher tariffs for water supply. The new tariffs were to be applied until the ANRE’s decision on the matter.
