Voters who, during the period between the first and second round of general local elections, have changed their domicile or residence will be able to vote based on the same electoral rolls, at the polling stations according to the residence of October 20, 2019, IPN.

The decision was taken by the Central Election Commission at the meeting on October 28. "Voters who have submitted a request for voting at the place of residence in the first round, may exercise their right to vote at home in the second round as well, without repeatedly submitting a request in this regard, unless they have relinquished this right, in the same form in which they made the request”, is stated in the decision of the Central Election Commission.

Also, when adopting the decision to use the mobile ballot box, the electoral bureau of the polling station should confirm the applications that have been submitted for the first round.

The second round of the general local elections, in which 384 mayors are to be elected, will be held on November 3.
