Prime Minister Dorin Recean calls upon all the citizens to go out and vote in the October 20 presidential election and constitutional referendum on Moldova’s accession to the EU. According to him, the elections are the most important exercise in a democracy, IPN reports.
“Mandatorily, each of us should go and vote, should encourage everyone else to go and vote. We should ask for two ballots – one for the referendum and one for the presidential election - and vote. It is very important to participate in this democratic exercise,” Dorin Recean said at the beginning of the Cabinet meeting.
On October 20, Moldova holds a presidential election and a constitutional referendum in which the citizens will answer the question: “Are you for amending the Constitution in order to enshrine the Republic of Moldova’s accession to the European Union? in it”.
