Justice, health, education and creation of jobs are the priorities of the candidates for MP. Besides the set objectives, the contenders for the seat of MP have also regrets. The representative of the Professional Movement “Speranța-Nadejda” said he regret the stupid gesture of splashing milk on a former minister, while the representative of the PPPDA said he regrets the division of the parties of the right before the elections. The representative of the PDM noted he is disappointed with some of the actions of his party during the leadership of Vlad Plahotniuc, IPN reports.

Andrei Donica, who runs for MP on behalf of the Professional Movement “Speranța-Nadejda”, said the trial in the case started after he poured a pail of milk onto the then minister of finance Octavian Armașu has lasted for five years.

“As a civic activist, I did it because I felt I was to and I think many Moldovans were solidary with me. Now I try to look at things calmly and realize that in politics you should have the capacity to argue and negotiate, but then, as an activist, I didn’t have patience to think about this. I withdrew once in favor of Andrei Năstase, but will not do it now,” Andrei Donica stated in the electoral debates “You vote for you on ProTV” on ProTV Chisinau channel.

The representative of the PDM Alexandru Jizdan said the improvement of the quality of life will be the party’s priority if it enters Parliament. The PDM’s secretary general noted the PDM will be the one that will ensure a pro-European majority in the future legislative body.

“The wellbeing of the citizens, quality of education and healthcare are our priorities. The former administration of the party made mistakes in these areas. We didn’t support many of the actions taken in that period, like the annulment of Andrei Năstase’s mandate. That court decision was automatically attributed to the PDM and we have now few arguments to show that the PDM didn’t bear any relation,” stated Alexandru Jizdan.

Liviu Vovc, of the PPPDA, expressed his confidence that there will be an alliance with the PAS by the model of the ACUM bloc in the future legislature.

“Our priorities include the fight against poverty, development of the health system and the economy and creation of jobs. Justice is also a priority. We insisted on the creation of a bloc of the right so as to deliver the bite and have 51 sensible people in Parliament, but it wasn’t meant to be. I’m convinced that a PAS-PPPDA coalition will exist in the next Parliament as this is the only viable solution for the country,” stated Liviu Vovc.
