Among the treated subjects are emotional intelligence, proper state of teaching staff, organizational culture at the institution, efficient communication with students, relations between teachers and parents, inclusive education. About 50 teachers will be trained at each of the 50 institutions, which is a total of 2,500 teachers or about 10% of all the teachers working in Moldova’s schools.
