The formation of a pro-European ruling alliance by the current political class is unlikely, while the early parliamentary elections are inevitable. Such conclusions were formulated in the talk show “Politics” on TV 7 channel, IPN reports.

Anatol Taranu, director of the Center for Political Research and Consultancy “Politicon”, considers there are now no chances for the parliamentary parties to form a pro-European alliance. “I think the parties should give up the idea of resuscitating a dead body and leave. We need really pro-European parties to overcome the political crisis,” he stated.

Political analyst Oazu Nantoi considers the PDM, which aims to settle an old score with the PLDM, is to blame for the political crisis. “The Democratic Party wants nothing but to destroy the PLDM so that this party never comes to power again. In such conditions, it’s clear that a government coalition cannot be formed,” he said.

Journalist Ion Terguta noted the politicians behave how they behave because they realize that the early legislative elections are inevitable. “The politicians do not even want to meet and negotiate as they realize that the early elections are unavoidable, while the making of statements with conditions and accusations is nothing but a step taken to prepare for the future election campaign,” stated Terguta.
