The President’s Office published the decree by which Anca Danu Dragu is given the nationality of the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports.
“The nationality of the Republic of Moldova is granted to Missis Anca Dana Dragu, who was born in 1972 in Romania,” runs the decree.
The document was signed on December 21, 2023 and takes effect when it is signed.
On Friday morning, Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu announced that Anca Dragu will be suggested for the position of governor of the National Bank of Moldova. “I’m fully confident that Anca Dragu will build an independent and upright National Bank of Moldova,” the Speaker stated.
