The Unity and Welfare Coalition Party declares itself open to valuable people who prove their qualities by working as a team, through mutual respect, in a complicated political context. At the same time, the party makes it clear that it will reject any plots aimed at destroying it. The statements are contained in a press release issued after the former judge, Victoria Sanduța, announced that she is leaving CUB, IPN reports.

CUB reiterates its "commitment to offer citizens a democratic alternative, for a better future that can be built through competence and good faith, through which the stagnation and chaos of the past years can be overcome," the party's press release said.

The Coalition for Unity and Welfare states that it operates according to liberal values assumed since its founding and that it will continue to promote them with dignity under any conditions.

Ex-judge Victoria Sanduta announced on Thursday that she is withdrawing from the CUB, her decision being the result of diverging views on the party's future organization and development. Sanduța joined CUB a month ago, in mid-December.
