Construction of Central Stadium to begin in January

The construction of the Central Olympic Stadium in the Capital will start in January 2007 and will be finished at the end of 2008, Info-Prim Neo reports, citing a communiqué of the Government’s press service. Within the frameworks of a session summoned by the Prime Minister Vasile Tarlev, General interim Mayor of Chisinau Vasile Ursu informed that, according to the approved graphic plan, geodesy and topography works have been operated till present. Also the Zone Urban Plan has been worked out. The works related to the construction of the sportive complex are to begin in January 2007. The head of the Executive requested that a strict control is established on executing the graphic plan of the Central Stadium construction, in order to put the building into operation till the end of 2008.
