Colder weather descends upon Moldova

The weather becomes colder as of Thursday, November 2, the temperature falling to10 degrees, being unusual for this period.
According to the State Hydro-meteorological Service, high temperature is of 11 degrees Celsius, and low temperature will drop to 5 degrees. Moldova will be covered with drizzle. Cold wind is also forecasted.
On Friday, November 3, low temperature will fall to 0 degree Celsius, while high temperature will be of 4 degrees Celsius. On Saturday the temperatures will vary between - 3 and + 2 degrees Celsius. Till November 8, the minimum air temperatures will fall to minus 4 degrees Celsius. Moldova will be covered with clouds until November 7, when drizzle is forecasted again. Rains will follow on November 8.
At least 20 counties in Romania, including Neamt and Suceava have received warnings about a very low temperature, cold and strong wind, and snowfalls.
According to weather forecast sites, the climate change will prevail on almost the entire European continent, except the British isles and some regions in the West Europe, where the air pressure remains high. This situation favors currents of humid air from the northern zone, which will cover the entire Europe in coming days.
According to statistics and forecasters that cover 1886-2005 period, the highest air temperature on November 2 was reported in 1962 of + 19 degrees Celsius, and the lowest in 1953 – minus 10 degrees centigrade.
