Moldovan halfback Eugen Cociuc scored his first goal in the championship of Slovakia. He opened the score in the victory match of his team Zilina, which was played in Zlate Moravce and ended by 4-1, IPN reports.
The ex-captain of Dacia has become champion of Slovakia this year. He has played six matches for Zilina so far, being sidelined by injury for a period. Cociuc, 24, has also played two matches for the national football team of Moldova.
One more stage is to be played in the championship of Slovakia. Zilina is 16 points ahead of the second ranked Slovan Bratislava.
