A coach with 57 citizens of the Republic of Moldova was involved in a road accident that occurred in the area of Eforie-Nord, Constanța county. The information was provided to IPN by second lieutenant Ana Maria Stoica, spokesperson of "Dobrogea" Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU), Constanța county.
According to Ana Maria Stoica, the call to emergency service 112 was made at around 5 o'clock in the morning, on September 7.
"ISU employees who arrived at the scene, found that the coach with Moldovan citizens clipped a curb, without overturning and without hitting other cars," said Ana Maria Stoica. According to her, all passengers were evacuated from the coach, and the vast majority suffered no injuries.
According to the source, a SMURD crew and two ambulances arrived at the scene, but only three of the coach passengers were transported to the hospital with excoriations, as the rest did not need emergency medical care.
