The National Social Insurance Fund (CNAS) has published a list of economic operators which have not collected yet the employment record books for their employees, as a reminder that it should be done.
Under a Government decision, CNAS had taken in the books to scan for the purpose of collecting employment records from the period before January 1, 1999.
Now that the scanning process was completed and the record books returned, it has been found that some companies haven’t found the time to take them back. This is despite being required to return the books to their employees until December 28, 2018.
The Government decision also says that all the entries to the record books made before January 1, 2019, remain valid and can be used as necessary.
