Chisinau Fiscal Inspectorate got over 50,000 income declarations

Chisinau State Fiscal Inspectorate (IFSC) got till 30 March over 50,000 income declarations for 2005 from individuals and legal persons.
IFSC head Procopie Duca reported that according to preventive data, till 30 March, over 27,000 income declarations were submitted on behalf of legal persons. Of them, in the past 9 days, when IFPSMC worked in week-end as well and prolonged its program with certain hours in week days, over 11,000 declarations were submitted, which represent about 40% of the total number.
According to him, individuals submitted about 23,000 declarations. Almost half of them were submitted in the last 9 days, which represent about 43% of the total number of this category.
Preventive data show this year a number almost equal of declarations, compared to the last year.
Previously, the deputy head of State Fiscal Inspectorate, Ion Sturzu, mentioned that fiscal bodies foresee an increase of income declarations of individuals and legal persons for 2005, as statistic reports of last period show an increase of salaries and of the number of employees in the national economy. But real figures will be known only at the end of June, as data processing of declarations lasts to 3 months. It will be intensified also in June the activity with contributors who did not present the fiscal contributions for last year.
Procopie Duca mentioned as well that this year IDPS would work in order to process received data to stop the taxation problem for 2005.
