The Central Election Commission (CEC) set the size of the interest-free loan intended for competitors in the new local elections of November 1, 2020 at 25,000 lei for each political party, sociopolitical organization and electoral bloc and at 5,000 lei for each independent candidate, IPN reports.
The CEC also agreed the cap on the sums that can be transferred to the account “Electoral Fund” of the contenders that will compete in new local mayoral elections of November 1, 2020.
The sum for the communal electoral constituency of Chetriș village of Fălești district was set at 8,012 lei, for the communal electoral constituency of Piatra village of Orhei district at 14,647 lei, for the village electoral constituency of Dubna village of Soroca district at 3,989 lei, while for the village electoral constituency of Corlăteni village of Râșcani district at 30,537 lei.
