The best local companies and competitive brands awarded at the Trademark of 2014 contest and the Quality Award for Accomplishments contest were included in the catalogue “Made in Moldova” that was launched by the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Moldova on July 22. The 2015 edition of the catalogue was issued in more copies than the previous years and will be distributed as informative material to international delegations and foreign officials within business visits and to investors interested in the national companies, IPN reports.
In the launch event, the Chamber’s head Valeriu Lazar said it is very important for the national brands of a high quality to be promoted because they also represent Moldova’s image abroad at economic level. The catalogue provides comprehensive information about each winning brand apart. The next catalogue will be launched within the Moldovan Business Gala next January.
The twelfth Trademark of the Year contest is organized in concert with the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), while the Quality Award for Accomplishments contest was organized for the first time in the current form, in partnership with a number of quality infrastructure and consumer protection institutions.
