The motor vehicles that are the object of executory decisions and are identified by the authorities will be returned to the owners if the bailiffs do not collect them within three days and do not take these to a specialized parking place or elsewhere. The period is specified in a bill drafted by the Ministry of the Interior that was approved by the Cabinet, IPN reports.

The authors argued the authorities do not have enough spaces for keeping these vehicles and the bailiffs will be put in the situation to swifter take action to collect the units of transport.

According to Minister of the Interior Alexandru Jizdan, the bill is designed to make the bailiffs more responsible and to optimize their work.
