The chairman of the League for protecting Consumers’ Rights, lawyer Roman Mihaies stated about this. According to Mihaies, the drivers have the legal right to sue the public administration of the capital or of any other locality for significant deteriorations of the car because of deep pits on the roads. For this, he said, it is needed to proof the damage by a report and the expertise made by the road inspector, by the technical report made by the car insurance services to. Some owners of the vulcanisations of the capital said that last days their activity doubled and even tripled. Car owners complain, especially, of the destroyed discs of the wheels.
