Serghei Tarnovschi has grabbed three gold medals at the National Kayak&Canoe Championships in Bălți.
The Tokyo 2020 bronze medalist won his favorite event – 1,000 meters.
Additionally, Tarnovschi emerged victorious alongside his brother Oleg in the double 500m and 1000m events. In the double 200m event, the brothers were edged out by Oleg Nuța and Ilie Oprea.
In the women’s events, Daniela Cociu and Maria Olărașu, who came in seventh at the Tokyo Games, triumphed in 200m and 500m. In the single competitions, Olărașu and Cociu took the 200m and 500m titles, respectively.
