Focus will be on a specialization of economy in these two regions, on improving workforce productivity, creating new jobs for young people and men by fostering entrepreneurship.

The project costs are estimated at €23.5 million, with €0.5 offered by the United Nations Development Program and the rest by the European Commission.

The implementation period is 96 months and the operational implementation period is 72 months.
