The Cabinet on October 19 will come together for its ordinary meeting not in Chisinau but in Ungheni. The agenda includes 12 items among which is the bill that enables to pass public property situated in Ungheni under the private management of territorial-administrative units, IPN reports.
The agenda includes the initiation of negotiations on the €25 million loan between the Republic of Moldova and the EBRD for implementing the Moldova Solid Waste Project, the regulations on the management of the National Environmental Fund, the signing of the €60 million facility agreement between Moldova and the French Development Agency, the national program to strengthen and implement measures to ensure the protection of critical infrastructure against terrorist threats for 2022-2026 and the action plan for implementing it.
The Canine is to also approve the regulations on the framework content, methodological principles for working out, updating and approving the National Territorial Development Plan.
The meeting starts at 1pm.
