The bridge and passage on the national public road R6 Chisinau-Orhei-Balti, km 132,080 and km 136,450, will be rebuilt. Examinations showed that the general technical condition of the mentioned artworks is unsatisfactory and this generates risks, IPN reports.
In order to ensure vehicle and pedestrian traffic in conditions of safety, comfort and maximum fluency, it is necessary to urgently intervene and reconstruct the bridge and passage, said the State Administration of Roads, which announced the opening of the public procurement procedure for repair works.
According to the solutions stipulated in the execution project, the existing constructions will be fully demolished so that throughout the works execution period, the movement of vehicles on these sectors will be prohibited.
The total estimated value of the contract is approximately 47 million lei. The deadline for submissions is March 14.
