Diana Guba, ex-adviser to mayor of Chisinau Ion Ceban, in charge of planning and reporting on activity of district head’s offices and subdivisions of the Chisinau City Hall, was named head of Botanica district. The mayor presented the new district head to the staff at the November 2 meeting of officials of municipal services, wishing her success in the new job, IPN reports.
Ion Ceban reminded the functionaries of district head’s offices of their duties in managing the situation at the local level and in strictly monitoring the infrastructure projects. He expressed his dissatisfaction with the state of affairs at some of the building sites where the municipal services do not coordinate their actions.
The ex-head of Botanica Boris Prepeliță tendered his resignation at the request of Ion Ceban as a result of repeated warnings about the defective management of local affairs.
