A bomb scare was reported at the Bender office of the Anenii Noi Court based in Varnița village. A man called the 112 Service and said a bomb was planted in the building. The area was surrounded by police officers and the people were evacuated.
Asked by IPN to provide details, the press office of the Anenii Noi Police Inspectorate said the call was made at about 3pm. Bomb disposal technicians are examining the scene.
In the last bomb hoax at a Chisinau casino, the police arrested two men aged 43 and 53 from the capital city. These admitted their guilt, saying they were angry because, being inveterate players, they were banned from visiting the casino.
