The printing of ballot papers for the October 16 snap mayoral elections is underway. The Central Election Commission said that 6,013 ballots for three localities will be printed in total, IPN reports.
A number of 3,729 ballots will be made available for the elections in Sălcuța village of Căușeni district, 1,279 ballots for the elections in Ialpujeni village of Cimișlia district and 1,005 ballots for the elections in Braniște commune of Râșcani district.
The ballots are printed on matte pink paper and are 140 mm wide and 120 mm and, respectively, 143 mm long.
The cost of a ballot is 1.32 lei, while of the total ballots is 7,937.16 lei.
