At a new altitude: Maib reopens the “Dacia” Branch aligning it with the new brand identity

Maib continues to transform its branches according to the new brand identity announced last year on October 7. One by one, each space intended for customers is adapted to the new colour palette, the new operational model, and the new functionalities aimed at developing the customer-bank relationship simply and easily.

The “Dacia” Branch, located in the Botanica sector’s heart of the capital,aligns with the brand identity. From now on, it will be even more welcoming for the bank’s current customers and new ones who want next level banking experiences.

Thanks to its strategic location, it concentrates the service of all customer segments, being equipped with a comfortable alto area. At the same time, the "Dacia" Branch is part of the network of four maib HUBs dedicated to serving SME customers.

Self-service area – dedicated to quick banking operations for customers who want to do certain operations at payment terminals autonomously and in short time, such as: paying bills, paying credit, checking the account, depositing cash in the account, etc.

Transactional area – allows for the facilitation of multiple operations at a single counter, with faster service for a wide list of operations and, implicitly, saving valuable time for everyone,

The consulting area is semi-private, facilitating direct communication and analyzing complex personal or business development needs and plans. This area is more relaxing and suitable for making important decisions such as mortgages, business loans or things alike.

“Alto” premium area - exclusive services, unique experiences in maximum comfort and special privileges for premium banking customers.

The “Dacia” Branch is located in the Botanica sector of the capital, on 30/3 Dacia Avenue, with a daily schedule, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, without break.

We remind you that recently the "Ion Creanga", "Gheorghe Asachi", "Puskin" Bălți, "Miron Costin", "Miron Costin Business Centru", "Constantin Tanase", "Decebal", ”Ialoveni", "Tighina", "Stefan cel Mare" Branches have also aligned with the renewed brand identity, as well as several maib agencies. By the end of this year, maib plans to renovate several other subdivisions in Chisinau and the country's districts, aiming to offer customers more comfort, professional service and a personalized approach.
