The accord has almost 1,000 pages that were negotiated during almost 1,000 days. A difficult period will follow. We must work in concert and I’m confident that we will succeed,” he stated.

The chairman of the Democratic Party Marian Lupu said that the Vilnius accomplishment is first of all the Moldovan people’s accomplishment. “The people put their trust and hope in this event. It is a great day for us. It is a day when we must mobilize and unite. Moldova’s European future and destiny is in our hands,” he said.

The leader of the Liberal Reforming Party Ion Hadarca said that November 29 represents the day of liberation. “It was hard, but I think that society will find the necessary words to appreciate this accomplishment. We scored this victory together with the politicians and civil society. We must work in continuation with the same perseverance,” stated the MP.
