Apartment prices in Chisinau continue to decline

The price of a square meter of apartment in Chisinau in August was 683 euros on average, as against 687 euros in June and 799 euros in January, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the realty agency “Lara”. The house prices started to decline in November 2008, when a square meter of apartment cost 886 euros. The one-room apartments located near the Chisinau airport in August could be bought for 677 euros per square meter. The most expensive apartments were those situated in downtown Chisinau and cost 932 euros per square meter. The two-room apartments last month were sold for 634 to 842 euros per square meter, the three-room apartments – for 575 to 727 euros per square meter, while the four-room apartments – for 522 to 651 euros per square meter.
