The only representative of Moldova at the Under 23 European Women’s Wrestling Championships in Turkey reached the final, IPN reports.
In the final of the 59 kg weight class, Anastasia Nikita will face Bulgaria’s Bilyana Dudova in the evening of June 7. Earlier Nikita won against Kornelija Zaicevaite of Lithuania, Nuray Karadag of Turkey and Olena Kremzer of Ukraine.
Anastasia Nikita became cadet European champion in 2015 and youth European champion and world youth vice champion in 2016. Last year, she won three silver medals: at the U20 European Championships, at the U23 European Championships and at the World Youth Championships.
