The goalkeeper of the national U-21 football team Alexei Coshelev is on trial at Kuban Krasnodar, which is training in Turkey. The 20-year-old footballer may play alongside Igor Armas, if he signs with the ninth-ranked Russian team, IPN reports.

Alexei Coshelev may thus avenge for Stanislav Namashko, who was unable to play at least one match for Kuban during three seasons.

Alexei Coshelev is the son of the former national team’s goalkeeper Vasile Coshelev, who now trains goalkeepers at the national squad. He now belongs to Dacia, while earlier he played for Sfantul Gheorghe and Real Succes, in the second league.

Coshelev will play for the national Under 21 team at the Community Cup in Sankt-Petersburg, which starts on January 23.
