Athlete Alexandra Emilianov ranked 11th at the Paris Olympic Games. She achieved the result of 58.08 meters in discus throw, IPN reports.
The athlete from the Republic of Moldova qualified for the final of the discus throw event with the result of 64.33 meters, ranking sixth in the playoffs and fourth in Group B, in which she also competed.
Her personal best is the distance of 64.42 meters.
Alexandra Emilianov, 24, is at her second participation in the Olympic Games. She first contended in the Tokyo Olympics.
