About 90 firms authorized to sell food and drinks in main plaza on City Day

On Chisinau's Patron Saint Day this Sunday, about 90 enterprises will be in the Great National Assembly Square to offer foods and drinks, including beer and wine, to participants in the festivities. Municipal trade chief Vladimir Nirca has told Info-Prim Neo that most authorizations were issued for foods, such as cookies, pies, kebab and mititei, a popular dish of rolled meat that goes well with beer. On Tuesday all authorized vendors have been convoked to the Centru District Head's Office to be informed on rules and requirements.
