About 350 international journalists to attend June 1 CPE Summit

In the first two weeks since the launch of the accreditation platform, around 350 journalists from 37 countries have requested access to the European Political Community Summit, to take place in Moldova on June 1.

By the May 18 deadline, several hundred more media representatives are expected to submit applications.

Access to the event will be granted to journalists only based on credentials.

All newsrooms of media institutions can apply for accreditation to the event online only, by going to the Registration and Accreditation section on www.epcsummit2023.md.

So far, more than 40 officials from Romania, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and other countries have confirmed their participati.

The summit will take place at Mimi Castle in Bulboaca village, Anenii Noi district, located approximately 35 kilometers from Chisinau.

The European Political Community is a pan-European governmental forum established last year, following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, serving as a platform that brings together European leaders to discuss and identify solutions for Europe’s most pressing problems, such as security, stability and energy resilience.
