The "Republic of Moldova Presents" exhibition will be held for the first time in Romania from May 9-11 at the Civic Square in Vaslui. The launch of the exhibition, which will promote Moldovan manufacturers, was announced by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI). Registration of companies is open until April 15, 2025, IPN reports.
According to CCI representatives, the initiative came after a delegation from Vaslui county visited the "Made in Moldova" exhibition, where Romanian representatives were impressed by Moldova's economic potential.
The objective of the exhibition is to expand the concept of "Made in Moldova" and to contribute to strengthening economic relations between the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
"This exhibition opens new opportunities for Moldovan producers to penetrate the Romanian market and establish solid trade relations", said CCI Director Sergiu Harea.
"Republic of Moldova Presents" will focus on agro-food, textile and industrial products. The organizers have prepared a program, which includes exhibition spaces and a business program with meetings between economic agents from the Republic of Moldova and Vaslui County. A cultural program with artists from both sides of the Prut is also planned.
The exhibition is organized by the Chisinau Chamber of Commerce, with the support of the Vaslui City Hall, the Vaslui County Council and the Vaslui Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
