As many as 653 public services files became available on www.servicii.gov.md. The platform provides access to 164 e-services. During the next three years, at least 21 administrative public services that are most popular with the people will be subjected to re-engineering, IPN reports.
According to the Government’s press service, in the course of 2018 the implementation of reforms to modernize the public services, the improvement of the quality of services and bringing of these closer to the people continued at an accelerated pace. The Electronic Governance Agency launched the re-engineering of three pilot-services: determination of the disability degree and work capacity, unemployment benefit and issuing of licenses to drivers.
In the process of creating a e-learning platform for the public sector, it is planned offering online training services and products for re-engineering public services and providing these to people.
Emphasis will be placed on the integration of public services provided through the electronic government services (MPass, MPay, Msign, MLog, MAccess), digitization of public services subjected to re-engineering and instructional and functional adaptation of service providers to the new model of people-centered services.
In order to increase the accessibility of public services to people from all the country’s localities, including for vulnerable groups, about 100 universal service provision centers will be set up until 2023.
