A new version of the ASP services scheduling system

An updated version of the online appointment system for all ASP services has been launched. It is accessible to both natural and legal persons. According to the Public Services Agency, the new system offers an improved interface and functionalities that simplify the appointment process, IPN reports.

The new version allows auto-completion of data for authenticated users. Thus, for authenticated applicants, the personal data fields will be filled in automatically, simplifying the programming process and saving time when filling in the application.

For authenticated legal entities, the system will generate informative notifications about any restrictions applied to the company, which will be visible only to the company administrator authenticated via MPass. These notifications are for information only, regardless of the outcome of the verification, the appointment procedure can be continued. At the same time, the full company name will autocomplete in the IDNO base, regardless of whether the legal entity has authenticated in the system or not.

According to the ASP, the new interface allows users to carry out the pre-scheduling in person or through a representative (MPower or power of attorney).

In case of requesting the service for multiple documents, files or documentation of copies, the "Pre-scheduling" system will perform the reservation of additional time according to the settings in the electronic scheduling form.

The new module offers users the possibility to cancel the individual appointment directly from the confirmation e-mail without contacting the ASP Customer Support Service, which will reduce the time of the cancellation operation. The appointment confirmation message sent to the e-mail address indicated by the applicant will contain the "Cancel Appointment" button which will initiate the procedure to cancel the appointment.
