59-year-old killed in house fire

A man aged 59 from Saca village of Straseni district died in his bed that caught fire. Emergencies Service spokeswoman Dorina Sochirca has told Info-Prim Neo that most probably the fire was caused by a smoldering cigarette. Villagers said the man did not have a family. He lived alone and used to drink. It is not exuded that he was drunk when the tragedy happened. The six fires that happened in Moldova yesterday and last night claimed one life.
