Moldovan boxers who won medals at the EU Championships have been rewarded by the Moldovan Boxing Championship. The Moldovan squad ranked first in terms of points and medals, 2 gold and 4 bronze, IPN reports.
In front of a press conference, Federation chairman Vasile Chirtoaca handed gold-winners Alexandru Riscan, Veaceslav Gojan and their coaches prizes of 10,000 lei each. Bronze-winners Dumitru Galagot, Vasile Belous, Victor Carapcevschi and Victor Ialimov and their coaches received 3000 lei each.
