The national football team of Moldova made its debut with a draw in the UEFA Nations League. The team trained by Engin Firat tied with the similar squad of Kosovo 1-1, IPN reports.

Vitebsk striker Ion Nicolăescu opened the score in the 20th minute, while Zurich fullback Benjamin Kololli tied in the 71th minute. Engin Firat used the following players: Koshelev, Reabchuk, Mudrac, Armaș, Posmac, Ioniță, Carp (Epureanu 71st), Caimacov (Cociuc 56th), Nicolăescu, Plătica, Rață (Marandici 81st).

In the other match of the group, Slovenia and Greece drew 0-0. On December 6, Moldova plays Slovenia away.
