From today until August 30, the third stage of enrollment for first grade is taking place. There are still 140 places available in the municipal educational institutions of Chisinau. During the same period, registration documents can be submitted for the tenth grade. The announcement was made by the deputy of the General Directorate of Education, Youth and Sports, Andrei Pavaloi, at the operational meeting at the City Hall, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n
Andrei Pavaloi mentioned that the registration will be carried out exclusively in physical format. Parents who failed to register their child in the first two stages of the competition can submit the admission application directly to the institutions where there are available places. A similar situation applies to the tenth grade, where, currently, there are 480 available spots for enrollment, of which 217 are in public institutions.<\/p>\n\n
“We are pleased to note that, with each passing year, parents are choosing municipal institutions over private ones. Indeed, there are quite a lot of unfilled places left in private institutions, which means that municipal institutions are providing parents with everything necessary for high-quality studies,” stated the deputy head of DGETS.<\/p>\n\n
For enrollment in the first grade, the parent’s or legal representative’s identity card, the child’s birth certificate must be presented, and in the case of children with refugee status – the temporary residence certificate as well.<\/p>\n\n
For high school admission, parents or candidates must submit the certificate of middle school studies or the academic record, a copy of the student’s identity document, a copy of the parent\/legal representative’s identity document, as well as the application for enrollment addressed to the institution’s director.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
