\n\tIon Butmalai was found shot to death in an apparent suicide today in his Cahul home. The body of the former Liberal-Democrat MP was found by his wife.<\/p>\n

\tGeneral Police Inspectorate spokesperson Sabina Cojusnean has told IPN the shot was fired from Butmalai’s legally possessed gun.<\/p>\n

\tPolice are investigating the case.<\/p>\n
